A DOT physical is typically required every two years for commercial drivers who operate vehicles under the FMSCA Department of Transportation guidelines. However, drivers with certain medical conditions may need physicals more frequently or even annually depending on their health status.

Drivers are required to bring ID/CDL Drivers License, medications/medication list, glasses/contacts, hearing aids, medical cards, and any other relevant medical documents at the time of your visit.
When Will I Receive The Medical Examiners Certificate?
A "medical examiner's certificate" will be given to you at the end of your appointment, if you are deemed medically qualified to meet the required standards, meaning you passed the examination and are considered fit to perform the activity for which the certificate is needed.
Pre-Placement or Occupational physicals are generally required for employment and school entry; such as healthcare programs.
