A DOT physical is typically required every two years for commercial drivers who operate vehicles under the FMSCA Department of Transportation guidelines. However, drivers with certain medical conditions may need physicals more frequently or even  annually depending on their health status.

Types of Physicals:

USCG- United States Coast Guard

Pre-Placement/Occupational (Non-DOT)

OSHA (Non-DOT)

Vital Labs’ DOT/FMCSA/USCG physicals are performed by National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME).
